  • The NHS smoke free website is a useful way to help you minimise or quit smoking habits.
  • Student Health App - this app is customised for LMH. This means when you open the app, you get access to your local support links from one single location.

  • Drinkaware, independent alcohol advice from a UK charity, information and tools to help people make better choices about their drinking.

  • Talk to Frank is a useful website for facts on drugs, as well as advice and support for anyone struggling with a drug problem.

  • bSafe, an app which helps to keep you safe using GPS, phone network and Wi-Fi network, and lets loved ones know where you are via an alarm.
